About The Studio
Dev Construction began in 2017 as a two-person practice working out of a converted workshop in Maharashtra. What started as furniture restoration grew into full residential and commercial interior design — but the founding instinct never changed: listen first, decorate last.
Today the studio is a small, deliberately-sized team of architects, interior designers and project managers who still take on every project personally.

We remove before we add. A room earns each object in it.
Finishes chosen for how they wear over a decade, not a photoshoot.
Every layout starts from how you'll actually move through the space.
